The first Roman house of Pier Paolo Pasolini goes up for auction and the neighborhood rises.

The house on the first floor in via Giovanni Tagliere, in the Rebibbia district, hosted the great intellectual in the early 1950s. It is here that Pasolini began to write "Ragazzi di Vita", it is here that he began to approach those villages that he would never abandon.

In 2013 the Municipality announced that it wanted to open an international Poetry House in those spaces. But the project fell through, and now we have reached the judicial auction.

Now many territorial realities, from the San Basilio People's Center to the Circolo Arci, are fighting to stop it with a petition. The goal is to create a widespread museum in the fourth town hall.
