The XIX Sardinia Film Festival 2024 saw the success of “ My Robot Friend” by Pablo Berger. The international festival dedicated to animation awarded him with this motivation: “He manages, with a simple and cartoon style, to stage themes that are anything but simple, showing us the complexity of relationships. The choice of a feature film without dialogue is bold but well managed, suitable for an audience of adults and children, it tells the unpredictability of life, welcoming the experiences that each person gives us”.

The CineClub Sassari offered four days full of screenings and meetings at the Citiplex Moderno in Sassari.

The mornings were dedicated to schools of all levels, whose students followed with attention and curiosity not only the film proposals, but also and above all the moments of training and information on the world of animation, submitting many questions to the speakers who followed one another.
