The Tiemme Funeral Honors Agency was born in San Sperate in 1991 from the intuition, farsightedness and savoir faire of a woman, Marisa Serra.
In a business sector mainly occupied by men, Marisa perceives this need in a difficult moment of her life. At the age of twenty she experiences mourning for the loss of her grandmother and her deep sensitivity allows her to observe the distance and coldness with which the funeral is managed. The absence of some details, to which she would have paid attention, almost represent a signal, a call.
From that moment Marisa began to study and work towards what she herself defines as a "life path" rather than a profession. She meets people who try to hinder her, but also many who believe in her and her vision. The meeting with her husband Giuseppe, an indispensable figure for the realization of a shared dream, was also fortuitous and fortunate.
Marisa and Giuseppe are not just partners, but work as if they were one person.

A consolidated and continuously growing reality

Today the Tiemme funeral agency is one of the most consolidated and established realities in the sector, thanks also to the centrality reserved for human relationships and, at the same time, to the attention for innovation. Nothing is approached lightly, the welcome is done with discretion and extreme professionalism, the service is designed to relieve the people close to the deceased of all the practical and bureaucratic duties, participating in their pain with loving care.

Services

The services offered , from floral arrangements to the dressing of the deceased, passing through the management of documentation, the preparation of mortuary coffins, transport, the creation of tombstones and the drafting of obituaries, are combined with the empathic approach of Marisa and highly qualified people who work with you. Thanatoaesthetic interventions are also offered, which consist of delicate aesthetic passages aimed at attenuating the phenomena that death brings with it, also deriving from traumatic events, restoring decorum and dignity to the deceased.
Even the transport of the body represents an act of respect for the deceased, for this reason the fleet of cars has been designed to be suitable for every request, from the most discreet to the most elegant, from the classic ones to the latest generation of accompanying cars.

The House of the Deceased

This is how Marisa Serra inaugurated the first funeral home in Sardinia in April 2023, which requires the fulfillment of specific and strict regulatory requirements.
She prefers to call it Casa del Defunto to indicate the centrality reserved for it.
It is a place studied in every detail and in respect of every cult.
The Agency offers this service free of charge to families who request it for a farewell ceremony or to bid farewell to the deceased before the funeral.
An area dominated by light, soft and enveloping colours, which according to chromatic theory favor a graft of serenity in the soul of those who suffer.

Tailored solutions

The Tiemme funeral home agency offers customized solutions, in terms of needs and economic commitment, both in Sardinia and abroad.
One of the strengths is punctual and diligent compliance with laws and regulations, fundamental in the funeral sector and indispensable for offering a service up to existing techniques.

The personal touch and feminine delicacy

Thinking of being able to alleviate the pain of those who turn to her funeral home is a source of pride for Marisa. Listening to and interpreting the wishes of those who accompany the late deceased in the last farewell represents a real mission, a vow reconfirmed several times.

Marisa takes care of each service personally, drawing on her thirty years of experience gained in the field and through continuous training. She is a woman who courageously emerges and does business in a world of men, while at the same time becoming the spokesperson for this gender battle.
