“Lo Sportello Amico opens” in the I Fenicotteri Shopping Center managed by Nhood

“Apre lo Sportello Amico” is the project created thanks to the collaboration between the I Fenicotteri Shopping Center and the Soft Control Training Centre. The strongly desired project was born in the gallery of the I Fenicotteri Shopping Center, one of the shopping centers of the Gallerie Sardegna brand, which identifies the centers managed in Sardinia by the real estate development and services company Nhood.
The centrality of the person is perceived through all the projects carried out by the Nhood Shopping Centers, which has always been attentive to the social well-being of the individual, integration and the entire community.
The event arises from the ever-growing need for many people to find support and comfort in some situations linked to the increasingly widespread issues of bullying, cyberbullying or violence. It is here that the collaboration between the Soft Control training center and the i Fenicotteri shopping center was born, which, working in synergy, created a space in the gallery entirely dedicated to listening and helping all those people who find themselves in a situation of difficulties and discomfort linked to issues of bullying, cyberbullying or violence.
An initiative, which sees Nhood at the forefront in spreading this strong awareness message on the island.
The "Sportello Amico" will be inaugurated on November 7th at 4:00 pm, which sees the massive participation of various institutions, technicians, school managers, law enforcement agencies and representatives of territorial associations.
A technical table will be developed with the interventions of: Sara Canu, Regional Councilor and President of the Second Permanent Commission, Stefania Loi, President of the Equal Opportunities Commission of the Municipality of Cagliari, the Lawyer Solange Pes, the Lawyer Marcello Marcelli, Maestro Pandolfi, Manager of the Sportello Amico, Sabrina Meloni, cultural tourism technician, teacher and co-author of the book "Is my personal defense a scam?", Doctor Tamara Collu, psychotherapist and psychologist, Dalia Kaddari testimonial of the Sportello Amico and champion, Nadia Mombelli, Shopping Center Manager of the Nhood Centers in Sardinia.
The Help Desk will have a fixed appointment: it will be open every last Saturday of the end of the month, from 9.00 to 12.00; Furthermore, the telephone number 3381930001 will always be active.

“ Defending and safeguarding the rights of the groups most at risk, the so-called "weak", is an essential duty of the legislator. On the topic of Bullying and Cyberbullying, the Regional Council has shown great sensitivity, committing us to approve a law, N° 18 of 2022, for the prevention of this dramatic phenomenon, starting from primary and secondary schools, real important facilities in the area, introducing listening desks to provide psychological and pedagogical support to young people; not only that but also telematic tools to guarantee anonymity and encourage reporting by minors and young people who suffer violence. From an interdisciplinary perspective, also in the health sector, we have envisaged measures for the prevention and recovery of the victims, perpetrators and spectators of these serious acts. The permanent regional coordination table on Bullying and Cyberbullying is being organized at the department responsible for youth policies! Finally, on the national day against Bullying and Cyberbullying the regional council will identify the initiatives to be undertaken against this sad and dramatic phenomenon ” states Sara Canu, Regional Councilor and President of the work, culture and professional training commission in the Regional Council.
“ It is important to change the paradigm and no longer pigeonhole women solely and exclusively as victims. What happens to a woman who suffers violence cannot and must not stigmatize her condition. It is essential to work so that there is an after. Let the condition of those who suffer be temporary, and focus on how to intervene so that self-esteem and independence arrive on time. In this sense, the freedom income is a great help ” states Stefania Loi, President of the Equal Opportunities Commission of the Municipality of Cagliari.
“ I consider legal assistance fundamental, as it guides the behavior to be followed, in delicate situations, by fragile subjects. Obviously I consider this contribution not only from a strictly technical-legal point of view, but aimed at seeking human protection solutions: the law at the service of man and the community and not vice versa ” states the lawyer Solange Pes.
“ When designing an intervention to prevent or combat bullying, the group nature of bullying and cyberbullying must be taken into account and a systemic approach must be taken as far as possible. It is therefore desirable, as necessary, to implement and strengthen the intervention action on school/educational institutions, providing them with indications on the signals to pay attention to, informing the active subjects of the conduct on the consequences of the abuse and implementing interventions aimed at restoring relationships positive social activities between victims and their companions to encourage their re-socialisation. The writer believes that these interventions can have concrete results only in the medium and long term, and therefore considers it necessary to provide information on the powers of school bodies, of all operators and of every single parent (and citizen in general!) on the power of information to the Public Prosecutor's Office and therefore to the Public Prosecutor. In fact, with a recent reform, the public prosecutor is the only person who can report to the court on the basis of reports received from anyone, after having gathered the necessary information ” states the lawyer Marcello Marcelli.

In the course of our lives we definitely face an infinite number of difficulties, which I have decided to transform into opportunities such as the viral attack of 2017 which saw me as the actor in a professionally cut video drawn up to discredit me. From that story I decide to draw strength to develop a parallel identity called Soft Control. Through the "Sportello Amico" I make myself available to society without filters, I will listen to you, I will welcome you and I will support you. This mantra will be the preamble of a pedagogical window that will try to make a difference in some way ” states Maestro Francesco Pandolfi, Head of the “Sportello Amico”.

Today people deeply need points of reference that contain values to rediscover and, as in the past, we must be able to abandon our comfort zone and destabilize the status quo, creating new anthropological backgrounds. We need talent, we need courage, we need hard work to be able to achieve our mission ” says Sabrina Meloni, cultural tourism technician and teacher.
“ Violence is a sad and shocking reality that unfortunately affects many people around the world. Survivors of violence often find themselves in silence, feeling alone and unable to talk about their experience. This listening desk is here to break the silence, to give voice to those who have been victims of violence through the construction of a pact with the woman welcomed and with all the subjects involved in the territorial network, to respond to their needs and plan an alternative life path to the violence suffered. The path aims to build a listening and support space where the experiences of violence can be re-elaborated and the person's internal resources reactivated in terms of freedom and self-efficacy, without prejudice to the objective of stimulating a process of self-determination for escaping from the condition of violence. We do not offer pre-established solutions to women, but specific support and adequate information. I am truly honored to inaugurate this listening desk. I truly hope it can be a place of healing, strength and hope for all who come to it. ” says Tamara Collu, Psychologist and Psychotherapist.
“ Acts of bullying suffered at school are more frequent in younger children, and this is why it is important to give children the right awareness tools right from primary school. I am happy that in Cagliari there is the possibility of meeting specialists who can help those who still cannot find the courage to face the situation ” says Dalia Kaddari, champion and testimonial of the “Sportello Amico”.
