MP Laura Ravetto is leaving the League and joining Roberto Vannacci's party, National Future with Vannacci. The former general himself announced the move: "I am delighted to welcome Laura Ravetto to National Future," he said, adding that the formalization of the move will take place Thursday evening in Salsomaggiore Terme, during the "War and Peace" event.

"He is a political figure with consolidated experience, having served five terms in Parliament," the FnV leader recalls, "and held important roles throughout his institutional career, including that of Undersecretary for Relations with Parliament in 2010 and Head of Forza Italia's Immigration Department in 2019." He concludes: "I am certain he will be able to make a significant contribution to the growth and evolution of Futuro Nazionale."

A longtime Forza Italia representative, Ravetto switched to the League in 2020 and was elected to Parliament with Salvini's party. A 55-year-old from Lombardy, she served five terms in parliament and in 2010 served as undersecretary for relations with Parliament in the fourth Berlusconi government. Six years ago, on November 19, 2020, she split and joined the League. That same day, she shared her decision with MPs Federica Zanella and Maurizio Carrara, also former Forza Italia members. But precisely because she was a staunch Berlusconi supporter, Ravetto's departure surprised and disappointed the founder of Forza Italia, who, at the time, had reminded his interlocutors that "those who left Forza Italia never had any luck elsewhere."
