He was working on an A4 overpass , on a spillway , when he fell down and ended up in the Adda .
It happened in Vaprio d'Adda , in the Milan area.
The worker, a 58-year-old Italian from Italgen , is still missing : the diving and river SAF teams are working to search the river.
Strong currents are making rescue operations difficult.
