Worker crushed to death by jute bale: tragedy at plastics factory
The accident occurred during the night, the structure contained a ton of polymers

A 52-year-old man from Vasto died last night in Torino di Sangro, in the province of Chieti , crushed by a jute bale containing a ton of polymers.
The workplace accident occurred around 3 a.m. at Prima Eastern, a plastic injection molding company.
The worker was rescued by 118 but there was nothing that could be done for him.
The body was taken to the morgue at the Torino di Sangro cemetery.
The Carabinieri of Ortona are currently investigating the causes of the accident .
