Woman hit and killed by a waste collection vehicle: yet another tragedy in Milan
The victim, 75 years old, arrived at hospital in desperate conditions and attempts to save her life were in vain

In Milan another pedestrian was killed following an accident with a heavy vehicle passing through the city streets.
After the tragic accident that cost the life of a young cyclist and the other dramatic episodes of recent weeks, the latest victim is a 75-year-old woman, hit this morning in via Tagliamento by an Amsa truck, the company that deals with of waste collection in the Lombardy capital.
The elderly woman was rushed to the San Raffaele hospital in now desperate conditions and the doctors were unfortunately unable to save her life.
The local police are investigating the incident.
