According to the words of an eyewitness - as reported by the Corriere della Sera -, a young man who was in the square of the small town together with some friends, shortly before the fatal crash the car would have engaged the reverse gear, and then set off again at full speed speed against the woman . But official confirmations have not yet arrived from the Varese Public Prosecutor's Office.

If the dynamics were confirmed, it would no longer be an accident due to high speed. According to the young man who witnessed the scene «around nine, nine and a quarter I heard arguing in the street, screams and bad words. I noticed a man in a torn shirt walking by, maybe he was arguing with a girl. He had parked nearby and when it was time to get into the car, the girl hit the car or hit him directly ». Then the driver would have started the car, walking a few meters in reverse. He would then have engaged the first gear and crushed the woman against the wall, and then fled.

According to what has already been ascertained, the fleeing motorist then hit another car, fortunately without injuring anyone, and then disappeared into thin air. The work of the investigators is therefore complicated to reconstruct the tragic death of "Giusy", described by friends and relatives as a generous, affectionate and cheerful woman, who had been living with her girlfriend since 2019.
