Two-year-old girl dies after being hit by her father while maneuvering her car.

A two-year-old girl died today in Bollengo del Canavese after being hit by her father's car, which was maneuvering in the backyard. The Ivrea Police Department is currently investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
The little girl, already out for daycare, apparently escaped her parents' custody. Her father apparently didn't see her and accidentally ran over her. He immediately rescued her and took her to the emergency room at Ivrea Hospital, but the severity of her injuries prevented doctors from saving her life.
