Two other deaths at work, both crushed by a tractor
In the province of Cuneo and Teramo, a long trail of tragedies
A long trail of fatal workplace accidents marks these days. After that of Reggiano , where a worker who fell from a scaffolding lost his life, today there are two other victims.
In Sommariva Perno, in the Cuneo area, a 60-year-old - Pierluigi Pesci - was working in a hazelnut grove when the tractor he was on overturned and killed him. All the rescues, which arrived promptly on the spot after the report of a person who was taking a walk in the area, were useless.
In Mosciano Sant'Angelo (Teramo), a 72 year old, Gabriele Grosso, died of an accident with the same dynamic, crushed by the agricultural vehicle on which he was working. His injuries were too serious.
For both incidents the dynamics must be ascertained by the police and the competent authorities.
