A breakthrough has been reached in the murder of Gabriele Citrano, 33, on Via Reginaldo Giuliani in Florence.

Carabinieri arrested three people overnight. The case appears to be based on the violent collection of a debt, the nature of which is currently under investigation.

The victim, who was stabbed, was originally from Palermo: he had been living in Pisa for several months, where he worked as a kitchen designer for a multinational.

A fight involving a bat and knives had occurred, in which three other individuals were injured. After receiving treatment, these three were arrested for aggravated brawl, aggravated assault, and murder. They are currently in Sollicciano prison.
