The pizzeria's oven yields: a crushed worker, useless help

Dramatic accident in a pizzeria in via IV novembre, in Parabiago, in the province of Milan.

A 41-year-old worker died crushed by the oven he was working on.

The alarm was raised by the owner of the restaurant, who had gone out for lunch leaving the 41-year-old alone. On his return he found the worker under the oven that he had sold, due to circumstances under investigation.

The man immediately alerted the rescue and the firefighters arrived on the spot with two teams, together with the health personnel, who, however, could only ascertain the death.

Also in action are carabinieri, local police and ATS staff, who carried out the first surveys to clarify the exact dynamics of the tragedy.
