The revenge porn investigation was launched after a notary shared images of a dinner involving intimate displays of affection with a doctor, the restaurant owner, and two female friends.

The investigation was initiated by one of the women who discovered that photos of the orgy were circulating in some WhatsApp chats. The victim, assisted by lawyer Salvatore Calandra, who declined to comment on the matter, filed a complaint against the professional.

The dinner dates back to early June, in a restaurant in Bogliasco.

The woman goes to the restaurant with a doctor friend and the notary. When the restaurant closes, the three are joined by the owner and a waitress, his partner. And from small talk, they engage in affectionate sexual intercourse, which is captured on the notary's phone. He begins sending the images to a colleague and possibly others. Two days later, one of the two women discovers that there are still images of that evening and, after speaking with the notary, who admits he did indeed send the photos to a friend, decides to report him.

The prosecutor has delegated the investigation to the court's State Police unit. Investigators have begun interviewing the key figures in the case, and it has emerged that drugs were present for personal use. The notary faces a sentence of one to six years.
