The second line of investigation against Alberto Genovese is closed .

The former web entrepreneur , sentenced last September to 8 years and 4 months for two cases of sexual violence against two models stunned with a mix of drugs , was involved in other cases of alleged sexual violence, with the same scheme and always with drug use, to the detriment of two other young people.

This is what emerges from the new closing act of the investigations by the Milan Public Prosecutor's Office, conducted by the Mobile Squad and coordinated by the adjunct Letizia Mannella and the prosecutor Rosaria Stagnaro.

The founder of digital start-ups is challenged with another series of abuses on a 22-year-old model with whom he had also had a relationship . She and a friend had gone on TV to report him, after the arrest of the entrepreneur in November 2020, and the prosecutors Stagnaro and Paolo Filippini had also asked for a new arrest for these episodes, but denied by the investigating judge. One of the episodes against the 22-year-old would always take place at Terrazza Sentimento a few days before the party in which the former entrepreneur abused the 18-year-old first confirmed victim.

Furthermore, in Genovese, under house arrest in a clinic to detoxify , and his girlfriend - already convicted in the other trial - is attributed by the investigators an attempted violence, in February 2020, against a 28-year-old, also in the attic of luxury overlooking the Duomo.

The closure of the investigations, then, also concerns Daniele Leali , the so-called "right hand man" of Genovese, accused of having supplied his friend with drugs, including cocaine and ketamine, for his parties. Then, photos and videos found in the pc and electronic devices of the former start-up founder with images of underage girls, which also cost him the accusation of child pornography . Finally, that of hindering justice (also disputed to Leali) for the attempt to offer, before the arrest, a few thousand euros to the 18-year-old in exchange for her retraction on those 20 hours of abuse of the night of October 2020.
