Saviano building collapse: body of elderly woman recovered, victims rise to four

With the recovery of the last body , the number of victims of the collapse of a building in Saviano , in the Naples area, rises to four. From under the rubble, after hours of searching, the Fire Brigade has extracted the body of the elderly woman , who had not yet been found.

With the recovery of the woman, the grandmother of the three children involved in the collapse, the search and rescue operations ended. The final toll is four dead. The tragedy occurred yesterday, after the explosion of a LPG cylinder that caused the two floors of the structure to collapse. The debris and pieces of concrete swallowed up a family of 5 people, mother, father and three children, and the grandmother.

The only ones pulled out alive were the father and one of the children . Nothing to be done for the others, despite immediate rescue.
