There is a request for indictment at the end of the investigation launched by the Public Prosecutor's Office into the death of Pietro Alberto Brocca , the 22-year-old Sardinian who fell on the track at the San Rossore racecourse in Pisa on January 21 last year.
The young man - born in Dorgali and resident in Mores - was riding Ziu Pascale: the horse had come into contact with another animal and had thrown the jockey. Ruined to the ground, Brocca had been trampled and suffered various injuries including a severe head injury. His condition immediately appeared desperate and the 22-year-old died after three days of agony.
The prosecutor, based on the results of the investigation, asked to try the three judges. Hypothesis that will arrive in April in front of the Gup.
