The body of Sara Campanella, the young university student killed last Monday in Messina by her colleague Stefano Argentino, arrived home, escorted by the Carabinieri and the municipal police.

A procession passed through the streets of Palermo, Villabate and finally Portella di Mare, the hamlet of Misilmeri where the girl lived . The mayors of Villabate Gaetano Di Chiara and Misilmeri Rosario Rizzolo notified the citizens of the passage of the procession.

Along the streets, as the coffin passed by, there was much emotion and silence.
