The Milan preliminary hearing judge, Maria Beatrice Parati, deemed Leonardo Apache La Russa's offer of €25,000 in compensation to be appropriate for the girl who reported him for revenge porn, as well as sexual assault, a charge that has already been dismissed. In Gilardoni's summary trial, the judge awarded the young woman, a civil plaintiff, €7,000 in damages, plus legal fees. The defense attorney concluded by noting that he will also ask the prosecutor's office to investigate the "stolen kiss from Leonardo La Russa" to the girl, which emerged from the closed investigation, but which "the prosecutors, however, have not pursued."
