Finished on trial for online harassment committed against an underage girl, he confessed and apologized in court, obtaining a probation instead of an almost certain prison sentence . And after a year, he passed the recovery program and the judge declared the crime extinguished. The story concerns a 16-year-old resident in the province of Naples, who had been reported by a 15-year-old.

The investigations and the trial revealed that the minor had lured the victim by entering her mobile number in a Whatsapp group, claiming to already know her.

The teenager thus began to insistently ask the victim to send him intimate photos; not having obtained them, he threatened the minor to spread other compromising images that he said he was in possession of.

Not having obtained any results, he posted the victim's number on the "Bakeca dating" website, affixing his profile photo on Whatsapp with the writing below: "Call me to set a price". Thus began numerous nuisance calls from unknown persons.

At that point the girl reported the minor. The latter confessed during the trial explaining that he was in a difficult period of his life during which he was particularly confused and let himself be carried away by ill-intentioned adults.

At that point his lawyer, Gennaro Caracciolo, asked the Judge for the admission of the minor to a recovery program with probation; the magistrate accepted the request and at the end of the trial period, ascertained that the recovery had gone well and declared the crime extinguished.
