Barbara Fisichella, 52, a judicial worker at the Lodi prosecutor's office and originally from Codogno, had been home sick for about ten days.

On November 28th, on his Facebook profile he had posted a photo of him with the words "I'm not vaccinated, I'm not a guinea pig" and the image of a fist breaking a syringe. Barbara was a relative of Monsignor Rino Fisichella, archbishop and president of the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelization, a native of Codogno.

"She was our only employee no vax - said the prosecutor of Lodi Domenico Chiaro -. People must know that if they refuse to undergo treatment, they risk dying".
