Pasolini, asked for the investigation to be reopened: "He was lured into a trap, check three DNA"
An application has been filed with the Capitoline prosecutor's office for new investigations. The director was found dead at the Idroscalo di Ostia in 1975Pier Paolo Pasolini (Ansa)
«Reopen the investigation into the death of Pier Paolo Pasolini».
This is what is requested by a petition presented to the Rome prosecutor's office by the lawyer Stefano Maccioni , in the name of the director David Grieco and the screenwriter Giovanni Giovannetti .
The deed filed asks for new tests to be carried out on three DNA identified by the Ris carabinieri in 2010 in the place where the director and writer was found lifeless, at the Idroscalo di Ostia on November 2, 1975 , to identify who they belong to.
Pino Pelosi , her lover, was convicted of Pasolini's murder.
But according to the lawyer Maccioni that night at the Idroscalo of Ostia Pelosi was not alone.
The signatories of the request believe that "in the first investigation this was done in a partial way, about 30 DNA were examined but today it is time to carry out more widespread checks also bearing in mind the statements of Maurizio Abbatino, a member of the Banda della Magliana, who at the The Anti-Mafia Commission gives a justification as to why Pasolini went to the Idroscalo of Ostia: he was not there to have an occasional sexual relationship with Pino Pelosi, with whom the writer was having an affair, but to get back the pizzas of "Salò, the 120 days of Sodom” which had been stolen from him and which he held dearly ».
For Maccioni, Grieco and Giovannetti Pasolini was therefore «attracted into a trap and there he was attacked to death».
