Tragedy in Voghera , in the Pavese area, where a mother strangled her son, just one year old, this morning .
The 118 operators intervened on the spot, but they could not help but ascertain the death of the little one .
From the first investigations, it seems that it was the mother herself who asked for the intervention of the emergency services .
The woman, who would have acted in the throes of a fit , is now in hospital and will be detained by the carabinieri.
