Minivan ends up in canal, killing three and saving six.

Three people died in an accident this morning in Cà Lino di Chioggia (Venice), where a minivan with nine people on board ended up in a canal.

After the vehicle was recovered with the fire department's crane, the lifeless bodies of three men were recovered inside. The other six men managed to escape on their own.

Firefighters from Chioggia and Cavarzere, the regional diving unit from Venice , and the crane truck from Mestre are working on the scene. Suem 118 and the Carabinieri are also present.
