Migrants, small boat sinks off the coast of Lampedusa: four missing

A small boat of about 5 meters with about thirty migrants on board sank 24 miles off the coast of Lampedusa .

The soldiers of the Coast Guard patrol boat rescued 22 men, 3 women and a minor .

However, there would be four missing : three men and a woman. Research is ongoing.

A little girl, probable hypothermia, with her mother and a boy who had severe chest pains, immediately after disembarking at the Favarolo pier were taken to the outpatient clinic.

The migrants come from Liberia, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Guinea, Senegal, Mali and Gambia.
