Gianluca Vacchi and Luis Sal are also among the nine people sanctioned by the Bologna Financial Police for massive evasion of online earnings . The checks led to the recovery of 11 million euros . Also targeted by the yellow flames are well-known Onlyfans influencers and sex workers. The investigations specifically were carried out - from the end of 2022 - on four influencers from Bologna, followed by 50 million followers, and five digital creators, active on the well-known "biancoceleste" platform and Escort Advisor.

The work reconstructed the proceeds obtained from publications on social media, collaborations with various companies (so-called "influencer marketing") and contents placed on adult platforms. From the comparison made between the declared incomes and those actually received, several inconsistencies were revealed. Among the 4 influencers, two were even unknown to the tax authorities . From Vacchi and Luis Sal, based on what we learn from initial information, the Finance Department would have asked for figures which, respectively, would be around 7 and 2 million euros.

However, three sex workers were reported to the Revenue Agency «applying - explains the note from the yellow flames - a particular surcharge to income taxes, introduced by the 2006 budget law, to be paid by those who produce, distribute, sell and represent materials for adults also in multimedia format. The amount of this additional tax, for a total of approximately 200 thousand euros, is intended for interventions in favor of the entertainment sector, among the most penalized during the pandemic". All the people sanctioned, underlines the Financial Police, proved to be "largely" cooperative and paid the amount due to the tax authorities.
