Man Stabs Wife in Bedroom and Calls 911: "Come, I Killed Her"

Family tragedy in the Alessandria area, in Solero, where this morning at dawn Giovanni Salamone, 63, stabbed to death his wife Patrizia Russo, a 53-year-old teacher.

The crime took place in the bedroom of the house, at 6 in the morning the man called 112: "Come, I killed her," he said.
