A one year and eight month old girl died after being hit by a car in Tombelle di Vigonovo , in the Venetian area.
The tragedy took place near the home of the little victim.
According to an initial reconstruction of the incident, the little girl was hit during a reverse maneuver performed by her father who was driving the car and had not noticed her presence.
The carabinieri of Vigonovo and Chioggia are investigating the matter and have also informed the judicial authority.
