Fear tonight in the emergency room of the Cotugno hospital in Naples , where a man flew into a rage after an "unwelcome" diagnosis and destroyed a glass .
The 59-year-old, already known to the police, shattered the glass of the triage with a fire extinguisher that was in the room .
The police intervened immediately, alerted by the healthcare staff. According to a first summary reconstruction , it seems that the man disagreed with the diagnosis released by the doctors .
The 59-year-old was reported for damage and interruption of public service.
