For twenty years he taught without a degree . And no one had noticed.

Now the woman, a support teacher at a high school in Vimercate (Monza and Brianza) must return a record amount to the state, all the salaries she obtained illegally. To be exact, 314 thousand euros .

The teacher claimed to have two degrees, one from the Catholic University of Milan and the other from Parma, which she had never achieved. She also denied the existence of a specialization diploma for teaching disabled students.

The investigations had started from a dispute between the false teacher and the head teacher for the organization of a trip. It was she herself who framed herself by telling the carabinieri that she was a victim of bullying . From there an investigation started, the investigations led to demonstrating that the two degree certificates presented were false .

Before arriving in Vimercate, the woman had taught in three other schools in the same province.

The Lombard Court of Auditors, condemning her to compensate the Ministry of Education, defined the woman's conduct as " clearly malicious ", who "declared false statements and produced counterfeit documentation to obtain the employment contracts to which she aspired".
