Miryam Viglianisi, 22 years old, risks prison, arrested three days ago after escaping from house arrest, where she ended up for having attacked and disfigured the girlfriend of her ex-partner with whom she had a child with a cutter.

The events date back to last July and occurred in Vimodrone, just outside Milan.

The girl, subjected to the first precautionary measure following the brutal attack, had violated the device for the first time, making it necessary to apply the electronic bracelet.

Last Sunday she was again caught outside her home in the Milan area and arrested again.

The investigations are coordinated by the Monza prosecutor Salvatore Bellomo and the carabinieri are now reconstructing his movements to understand where he was going.

In July, after asking for a clarification meeting with her ex's new partner, the 22-year-old beat her and then slashed her legs and face with a box cutter. Rescued by some passers-by, the attacked young woman was taken to hospital and then reported the incident.

The judicial authority, in light of the double tax evasion, could now decide to further aggravate the precautionary measure.
