Another doctor savagely beaten in a Palermo hospital.

Salvatore Petta, a gastroenterologist at the Polyclinic, was brutally attacked by two men who caused him several fractures and a prognosis of 40 days.

The events took place yesterday. A woman asked to enter the ward outside the allowed hours to visit her hospitalized daughter.

The doctors refused and she returned accompanied by her brother and husband. The two kicked and punched the doctor, one even threw him at a desk.

Both attackers have been identified.
