He returns home and finds his 28 and 24-year-old sons dead: it is a murder-suicide

Two brothers aged 28 and 24, Patrizio and Edoardo Baltieri, were found dead in the family home in Verona, with gunshot wounds.

It was the father who made the dramatic discovery yesterday evening when he returned home.

The hypothesis is that of murder suicide.

The 24-year-old's body was in the living room of the house, that of his brother in his bedroom next to a gun legally held by the family. The Mobile Squad of the Police Headquarters is called to shed light on the episode: the most accredited hypothesis is that Patrizio shot his younger brother at the height of a quarrel and then took his own life.

If the reconstruction of the facts seems confirmed, the investigators have heard witnesses, acquaintances of the two young men, and neighbors to understand the reasons for the tragedy. A woman who lives in the apartment building reported hearing three shots fired a short time later around 19.00. It is probably at that time that the deaths of the two brothers date back, for whom it is possible that the magistrate will order an autopsy.
