He killed his wife during a dispute, then he appeared at the police station.

The femicide at the hands of a 62-year-old who was holding a knife took place yesterday evening in a house in Viserba di Rimini. According to an initial reconstruction, at the time of the crime - probably resulting from jealousy reasons - the grandchildren were also in the house where a daughter of the couple lives.

The man allegedly grabbed the switchblade, chasing his wife who was trying to escape, but he joined her in the kitchen and mortally wounded her in the throat. After the arrest, he told investigators that he suspected that the woman was cheating on him.
