Horror in Modena, where a 48-year-old Italian man - Andrea Paltrinieri - showed up at the Carabinieri headquarters with the body of his wife, a 41-year-old woman, in the bed of his van.
It would be a femicide and the person responsible would be the husband himself. The victim, from what we learn, is a woman of Russian origin, Anna Sviridenko, mother of two young children, who after the end of her relationship with her husband wanted to ask for sole custody of her children.
The military is investigating the matter and arrested the 48-year-old in flagrante delicto on charges of femicide.
According to an initial reconstruction, the man transported the body to the barracks, and then informed the soldier on guard. The corpse had its head covered by a black plastic bag and a belt tied around its neck.
