A 32-year-old Indian citizen has been deported from Italy for assaulting a bus conductor.

The attack in Vicenza , against an employee of Svt, the public transport service of Vicenza. The decision was made by the police chief of the Vicenza city, Dario Sallustio.

The man, who had been asked by personnel from the Vicenza transport company to vacate the service areas, first insulted and threatened the conductor ; then, at the end of a real fight, he pulled out the needle of a syringe and stuck it in the back of his hand . Immediately after, with a sudden move, he walked away, disappearing without a trace. The patrol cars rushed to the scene and, after alerting 118, began searching for the attacker.

After a few hours, the 32-year-old was intercepted in a street of the city , wearing the same clothes that appeared in the video surveillance system. Taken to the police station, the man was photographed and then reported for aggravated injuries and threats and expelled from the national territory.

The foreigner, with numerous previous convictions for property and drug crimes, was taken to the CPR in Macomer, Sardinia, awaiting repatriation to India .
