Sentenced to nine years and four months of short term imprisonment for sexually abusing his girlfriend's little sister, a nine-year-old girl.

This is the sentence handed down against a 25-year-old of Peruvian origins residing in Turin. The gup Rosanna Croce accepted the theses of the prosecutor Giulia Rizzo, who had asked for a sentence of six years, and increased the sentence.

The sister of the child, a 23-year-old, was also sentenced to one year and four months, for aiding and abetting, because after the man was reported he would have covered him up by lying to the investigators.

The facts date back to last winter. The girl lived at home with her mother, a caregiver, her grandmother, her sister and the daughter of the latter, a three-year-old girl. The caregiver mother often slept away from home for work, so the grandmother took care of the girls.

Grandmother who, according to what was reconstructed, had trusted the 25-year-old and when she left the house to run errands, she left the little girl to him. And in those moments the abuses took place.

To find out what happened to the little girl's mother, who had noticed changes in her mood. So the little girl told her everything and the boy was reported.

The investigations conducted by the Mobile Squad of the Turin Police Headquarters have ascertained the abuses, despite the victim's sister trying to cover up her boyfriend.
