Misadventure with a happy ending for Harrison Ford in Palermo.

The American actor, in Italy to shoot some scenes of a series, has chosen the seaside resort of Mondello to spend a few hours of relaxation.

Indiana Jones, stormed by fans, had to "take refuge" in a room in the township on the outskirts of Palermo. But in the meantime he had lost his credit card.

A Palermitan found the card and yesterday afternoon he went to the police station to deliver it to the agents. "Within a few minutes - explain from the police headquarters -, after quick computer reports, the policemen were able to trace the identity of the holder, discovering with great surprise that it belonged to Harrison Ford".

The agents managed to track him down and returned it to him. To do so, to be precise, was the director of the police station Manfredi Borsellino, son of judge Paolo killed in the via D'Amelio massacre.

The actor, explained by the Police Headquarters, "smiled, relieved for the damage he had escaped and pleased by the idea of having known a land as beautiful as it is honest". To seal the moment, the agents wanted to take a souvenir photo with the celebrity.
