Aggravated fraud against INPS for alleged irregular management of the funds made available by the State for layoffs during Covid.

This is the hypothesis with which the Milan Prosecutor's Office closed the investigation into the Visibilia case against the Minister of Tourism Daniela Santanché and other people.

The companies Visibilia Editore Spa and Visibilia Concessionaria Srl are in the sights of the prosecutors «for a hypothesis of fraud - we read in a note signed by the chief prosecutor Marcello Viola - to the detriment of the INPS in relation to alleged irregularities in the use of the redundancy fund in Covid 19 exemption, for a total of 13 employees".

For his part, Santanché explains: «I continue to have faith in justice and I am confident that the matter can end positively for me already with the dismissal by the prosecutor or, if this does not occur, with the judgment of the preliminary hearing judge who in the hearing preliminary ruling decides on the reasons for the prosecution and the defence".
