The Air Force C130 took off at 1.30pm today. Inside there were 27 Italian firefighters , recruited from the commands of Lazio, Tuscany, Liguria, Lombardy and Campania . They will be the ones to lend a hand to the Libyan population, devastated by Hurricane Daniel.

They will arrive in Derna, where there are already around ten thousand deaths. Throughout Libya, there could be over twenty thousand , while there are even more displaced people. A massacre that the African nation is experiencing.
