Fifteen-Year-Old Raped in School Bathrooms, Tears and Story: "I Begged Him to Stop"

This is what happened to a 15-year-old girl in Genoa , a story confirmed first to a teacher, then in the complaint to the police and finally during a dramatic evidentiary incident that led to intense investigations.

During the break, the young girl reported, a classmate dragged her into the closet and abused her, while the girl in tears begged him to stop . No one sees, the fifteen-year-old returns to class very scared and initially says nothing. But then she bursts into tears and reports everything: first to a teacher, who triggers the rescue and investigations, then to the police and finally in the evidentiary incident.

Now the Prosecutor's Office of the Juvenile Court of Genoa has closed the investigation into the alleged sexual assault suffered by the young student by a 16-year-old student . The Public Prosecutor of the Juvenile Court Francesca Ghiglione has closed and notified the notice of conclusion of preliminary investigations to the lawyers of the student who is now investigated for continued and aggravated sexual assault and who could therefore go to trial.

The girl, before the juvenile courts, meticulously reconstructed what happened that morning at the end of 2023 in the area of the services reserved for the boys of the Genoese school. Not only did she write down the violence she suffered, but she also confirmed the identity of the boy who raped her.

That same boy a few days after the events attacked and threatened other student friends of the victim who, after learning what had happened, had asked him for explanations. In particular, according to what was reconstructed by the police during the investigation, the boy allegedly attacked the fifteen-year-old's best friend, showed him a large knife he was hiding in his fanny pack and "advised" him "not to be smart" . It was the victim's friend who revealed this detail during the investigation.

The victim's family is determined to seek damages from the school .
