A father and son were found dead in a home in Guarene, in the province of Cuneo. According to initial reports, death was likely due to carbon monoxide poisoning .

The victims are Paolo Foglino, 57, the owner of a well-known restaurant in Alba, and his 17-year-old son, Francesco. The home is located in the hamlet of Castelrotto, on the road to Alba.

A family member of the two victims raised the alarm this morning. The Carabinieri, who responded to the scene along with the firefighters, are investigating the incident.
