Explosion in a building, a wounded man extracted from the rubble

An explosion occurred this morning in a building in Rossana, in the province of Cuneo.

A man, who lived alone, was extracted by rescuers from under the rubble and, entrusted to the doctors, was transported by helicopter to the CTO hospital in Turin.

Three fire brigade teams are at work on site, excluding the presence of other people.

The collapse in the building, which has two floors, may have been caused by a gas leak.

The damage was enormous.
