An eleven year old boy who drives a Ferrari. It happens in Casandrino, in the Neapolitan area, and the episode was denounced by the regional councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli.

"At the base of this ever-growing phenomenon there are irresponsible fun, the conquest of followers on social networks and also the need to emphasize one's 'superiority', one's being above the rules - says Borrelli together with the radio host Gianni Simioli -. The Observatory on Tik Tok that we have set up also serves to denounce all this which is happening with increasing frequency ".

In the video posted on Facebook by the councilor you can see the boy driving the car: "Kids and children - he underlines - have no faults, which must necessarily fall on their parents, irresponsible people and obviously so immature that they don't even worry about the safety of their children ".

In Borrelli's opinion, these people "must be denounced and punished in an exemplary manner, the police, institutions and social assistance must intervene before the situation gets completely out of hand".

And it is not the only case, he reports: "Teenagers driving Ferraris, children taking driving lessons in city traffic, 'babies' put up for 'fun' at the wheel of cars. It is the strange and dangerous phenomenon that has been around for some time. depopulating on social media and that we have denounced on several occasions ".
