Cristiano Iovino assault: Fedez requested to close case
According to the Prosecutor's Office, the rapper did not actively intervene in the alleged beating of April 2024. Furthermore, there is no complaint

The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office has requested the archiving of the investigation against Fedez for brawl and injuries in relation to the alleged beating suffered by Cristiano Iovino , which occurred on the night between 21 and 22 April 2024 in via Traiano, Milan.
An attack never reported by the VIP's personal trainer , who was confronted outside his home by a group of people who got out of a van, among whom there was also the rapper.
Last May, Fedez and Iovino reached a settlement agreement. A GIP will have to decide on the request of the prosecutors.
In essence, the prosecutor Michela Bordieri asked for Fedez's case to be shelved because, from what has been learned, there is no complaint for the charge of injury and for the charge of brawl it has been reconstructed that the rapper did not intervene directly but, in practice, remained to watch.
