Since the tests of the ordinary competition for secondary school started, which will end on 13 April, there are many reports of alleged errors by competitors who say they are ready to present an avalanche of appeals.

Wrong quizzes, with more than one correct answer, questions repeated several times but above all too many failures, about 90% of the writings, after a single cross-test, with automatic and immediate correction.

The trade unions have addressed directly to the Minister of Education, Patrizio Bianchi, asking to intervene with respect to incorrect or ambiguously formulated questions. The Flc CGIL, with the secretary Francesco Sinopoli wrote to the owner of Viale Trastevere, underlining that it is "in the interest of the administration itself to avoid recourse to litigation and, once the appropriate checks on the contents of the quizzes have been carried out, to take the consequent decisions aimed at protecting the penalized candidates ".

The CISL, with the new secretary Ivana Barbacci, warned the ministry "not having received answers after having reported several cases of errors to the ministry" and reserves the right "to take legal action to protect our unjustly damaged associates".

The Anief union argues instead that, according to the testimonies, "the few who passed the written quiz test would be concentrated on particular shifts (the afternoon) evidently more advantageous. The commissions, during the tests, would not have acted in the same way. way: some would not have withdrawn their mobile phones; some would have provided the participants with pen and paper and some not; there would even be those who agreed, in the 100 minutes of the test, to send some candidates to the toilets ".

Everyone agrees on the need to reform recruitment based on enabling training courses, in collaboration with universities, with quotas of places dedicated to temporary workers. After the training course and passing the exams, you enter a ranking that gives you access to the role. From what we learn, the ministry has already convened the trade unions to discuss the issue next Tuesday: on the plate there are the funds of the PNRR to be allocated for this purpose.
