After the referendum, Undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro will be heard by the Anti-Mafia Commission regarding his participation in the limited liability company owned by the daughter of Mauro Caroccia (convicted of mafia crimes in an investigation into the Senese Camorra clan), which runs a restaurant in Rome.

The news was reported by Corriere della Sera. The article states that "the requests of the minority parties within the parliamentary body have already been unofficially accepted by President Chiara Colosimo, who will also set an initial schedule of hearings to further investigate the case at the presidential council meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday."

The newspaper recalls that the Rome Anti-Mafia Directorate (DDA) has already taken action regarding the origins of the "Le 5 Forchette" company by opening a file that hypothesizes the fictitious ownership of assets by Caroccia, a prisoner already sentenced to four years for the same crime, and his daughter Miriam.
