Giacomo Bozzoli spent his first night in a cell in the Cantù Mombello prison. But not in the "new arrivals" space as usually happens, but in a single cell and under constant surveillance.

A choice made immediately after enrollment and the medical examination that Bozzoli underwent upon entering the penitentiary: the man, convicted of murder for the murder of his uncle, who he allegedly threw into a furnace, and remained at large for days - was found to be in shock following the capture, which took place in the Brescia area.

For this reason, visual surveillance was ordered for him, a choice dictated due to the danger that he could carry out self-harming acts.

After the arrest Bozzoli would have said that it was his intention to write a letter to the lawyers, the family and the magistrates to profess himself again

once innocent regarding the murder of his uncle Mario.

The turning point in the investigation came yesterday morning at 5.30 when Bozzoli was intercepted and the Prosecutor's Office ordered a raid on all the family's homes in the province of Brescia.

After the first unsuccessful search, the discovery came in the afternoon, when Giacomo Bozzoli was found by the police in the chest of a double bed in the villa in Soiano del Lago.
