Beaten to death and kidnapped. It was thanks to her daughter that a woman from Fiumara (Reggio Calabria) was saved from the fury of her husband and sister-in-law. The man, 46, and his 43-year-old sister blocked the car in which the victim was traveling alone on the street after going to visit a friend.

They made her get out of the cockpit and kicked and punched her so much so that she broke a tooth and caused bruises and bruises all over her body. They stole her cell phone and forced her into their car, forcing her to return to the marital home.

In the house, thanks to the help of her daughter, the woman managed to free herself and ask for help from the Villa San Giovanni carabinieri who intervened on the spot.

As reconstructed by the investigators, the husband had not accepted the end of the relationship and had become obsessive and violent.

Husband and sister-in-law have been placed under house arrest and will have to answer - for various reasons - for kidnapping, family mistreatment and aggravated personal injury.
