A few more hours and Italy will be crossed by an Atlantic disturbance with widespread rain and snow above 1,500 metres.

The most intense disturbance will begin in the North-West regions, with overcast skies also in the Centre.

Already from tomorrow the phenomena will be more intense with strong winds and rain across almost the entire Central-North. Only in the South there will be some clearing which however will not last long.

A weekend which, in the forecasts of ilMeteo.it, will therefore be winter-like, even if the temperatures, which will not drop to particularly cold values, will seem more autumnal.

We will remain within the averages of the period with a drop of 10 degrees, but both the highs and lows will still be almost normal for February.

Next week, the disturbance that started from Reykjavik in Iceland will suddenly rush towards Tunisia and then Libya: in this way we will still have bad weather in the North until Monday then, from Tuesday, the intense rains could persist in the South until beginning of March.

Good news against the extreme drought that is affecting Sardinia which will finally record some rainfall.
